Family To Family

 For those with a close relationship to an adult with a mental health disorder,
​such as parent, sibling, spouse, partner etc.  
12 weekly NO-COST sessions.

What is the FAMILY-TO-FAMILY Education Program?
FAMILY-TO-FAMILY is a no-cost course for families and close friends of persons
with:
Bipolar Disorder (Also called Manic Depression)
Major Depression
Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder
PTSD
​Panic Disorder
Borderline Personality Disorder
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Co-occurring Brain Disorders
Addictive Disorders


A series of 12 weekly classes,  structured to help family members understand
and support their ill relative while maintaining their own well-being. The course
will be taught by a team of trained volunteer family members who know what
it’s like to have a loved one with a serious mental illness. There is no cost to
participate in the NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program. We believe you will
be pleased by how helpful the program is. We invite you to call for more

If you are the parent of a minor child with a brain disorder, ask about our
BASICS class.

This NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program is sponsored by NAMI Tulsa and
is funded by NAMI Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health
​and Substance Abuse Services.

​The skills to care for a child with mental health needs. A six week course devoted to caring for
​a child.

Learning how to overcome your disorder, from others who can relate to your challenges.

week course for people seeking greater insight about their mental illness.

In Our Own Voice

In Our Own Voice assists those with debilitating illness, to build the confidence to resume

social interaction.
We learn to tell our story of overcoming the difficulties that still try to push us back
